Email Strategy Session Agreement

This Email Strategy Session Agreement is made between Business BFF and the client (“You”). Business BFF and You agree to the following:

Commitment

You are participating in an Email Strategy Session because you want support with an area of your email marketing. I am committed to helping you to achieve your goals.

Email Strategy Session

The service provided by Business BFF is one to one support which may address specific or general conditions in your email marketing.

My style is a mixture of coaching, mentoring and other personal and professional development techniques that I feel will best support you at the time. The intention is that we work together to reach your goals for the Email Strategy Session and you take responsibility for your own success.

You accept the fact that advice given or ideas shared is not a substitute for professional advice by legal, financial or other qualified professionals and will seek independent professional guidance for such matters. It is also not therapy or counselling and cannot act as a substitute for seeking professional help.

By signing this agreement you are releasing Jennifer Tibbits and Business BFF of any personal, professional, reputational or financial liability.

Fee

The investment for the Email Strategy Session is £150 (or as displayed at time of booking), payable in full at least 48 hours before the session. Additional hours can be added to the session at a discounted rate. Email Strategy Sessions are non refundable.

Email Strategy Session structure

An Email Strategy Session includes:

  • 60 minute session via Google Meet

  • pre-session online questionnaire

  • call recording

  • follow up email with relevant notes and useful information (sent within 72 hours of the session)

  • 7 days follow up support via email for related questions.

I will aim to reply to emails within 48 hours. Please note my normal hours of work are 9am - 3pm Monday to Thursday.

Rescheduling

I will be happy to reschedule an Email Strategy Session due to any genuine unforeseen circumstances with a minimum of 24 hours notice. Anything within 24 hours or more than two re-schedules will be charged at the full rate. Your Email Strategy Session must be taken within 3 months of first booking, if not taken within this timeframe it will be forfeited unless prior agreement to extend.

Results & guarantees

I will do my utmost to support you to successfully reach your goal for the Email Strategy Session and provide a safe, productive and supportive environment. With that comes the standard disclaimer that I cannot guarantee the outcome of any Email Strategy Session and/or recommendations I make during the process, and my comments about the outcome are expressions of my personal opinion only. You are fully responsible for your results in and resulting from this Email Strategy Session and package of support.

The cost of this Email Strategy Session package is an “investment” in yourself and your business and, as with any investment, there is both great potential for a great return on your investment, and a risk there is no return on this investment. Each client’s success depends on many factors, including your personal motivation, openness and engagement throughout the Email Strategy Sessionand package of support, and how effectively you implement any strategies or ideas shared.

You are not granted a licence or any other right including without limitation under Copyright, Trademark, Patent or other Intellectual Property Rights in or to the Content, other than as specified in these Terms and Conditions. This applies to any materials, workbooks, activities and tools we use together as part of the coaching relationship.

What I agree to and what you can expect from me:

  1. I commit to being as fully present and focused during the Email Strategy Session as possible.

  2. I’m 100% committed to your progress and wellbeing.

  3. I will respect your privacy and maintain confidentiality. Specifically, this means I won’t disclose your name as a reference, or refer to you in any other context either on or offline without your consent. Confidential information does not include information that:

a. was in my possession prior to its being furnished by You

b. is generally known to the public or in your industry

c. that I’m required by law to disclose (such as for tax purposes re your payments).

What you are agreeing to and what I expect from you:

  1. You are fully present during your Email Strategy Session.

  2. You show up for your sessions on time. Our time is valuable. If you are late for your session, you lose that time. In turn, I promise to be on time as well.

  3. You take ownership of your own physical, mental and emotional well-being, decisions, choices, actions and results. You’re also aware that you can choose to discontinue working with me at any time.

  4. You recognise that Email Strategy Sessions are designed to facilitate the creation/development of professional or business goals and to develop and carry out a strategy/plan for achieving those goals.
